What Does NeoSkin Feel Like?
Aerolase Laser Treatments
NeoSkin by Aerolase® is a new treatment option that allows for comprehensive rejuvenation of skin tone and texture, fine lines and wrinkles, veins and redness, and hyperpigmentation. The treatment is customized to your skin’s specific concerns, so whether you simply want to keep your skin glowing and prevent signs of aging or you have specific concerns you would like to address, NeoSkin can be tailored to you.
NeoClear by Aerolase® is a new method of acne treatment that uses unique laser technology to gently deliver powerful energy for quick, side-effect-free results. The laser energy destroys acne bacteria and reduces inflammation to control your current breakouts while inhibiting sebum and oil output to lessen the likelihood of future breakouts. In addition, it helps to generate new collagen, which diminishes any acne scars. Our unique treatment leaves your skin looking clear, healthy, and amazingly radiant.

Most patients who have tried other lasers report that Aerolase is much gentler and more pleasant. Typically, you will only feel a mild warming sensation on the skin when undergoing treatment. And unlike other rejuvenation treatments, Aerolase has no side-effects, requires no downtime, and is completely non-invasive. This means you will not have prolonged redness and will be able to continue your normal daily activities right away. Please discontinue use of products containing AHAs, Glycolic Acid, Retin-A or Vitamin C for several days prior to and after your appointment.
First, the entire area is treated to stimulate collagen helping to minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, lax skin, and pores and improve overall tone & texture.
Next, individual concerns such as spider veins, broken blood vessels, acne, or pigmented spots will then be addressed with a more focused treatment. The laser energy will be applied directly to these concerns, which will disappear over time.

Laser Treatment Tips
It is always best to protect your skin from the sun but during any laser treatment series, it is extremely important that you are diligent with protecting the treated areas from any extended exposure to sun. Be sure to wear your sunscreen, hats, or clothing to protect the treated areas.
Please discontinue use of products containing AHAs, Glycolic Acid, Retin-A or Vitamin C for several days prior to and after your treatments.
Do not wax or tweeze any hair prior to your laser hair removal sessions.
Most clients find the Aerolase Laser Treatments comfortable and pain-free however everyone's tolerance for pain is different. If you experience any redness after your treatment, you may apply ice or a cool compress to the area.
For NeoSkin and NeoClear treatments, an at-home skin care regimen including face wash, a moisturizer, and sun protection should be followed as directed by your treatment provider. It is important to remember that skin always continues to age. Once you achieve the results you are looking for from your first round of treatments, future maintenance should be scheduled with your provider. This will vary from person to person and lasting effects will vary depending on factors that are specific to genetics and lifestyle.
