These evening sessions are hosted by Nicole Tzen - Reiki Master, LMT & Certified Yoga Instructor. These integrative workshops are designed to assist you in restoring vitality, relieving tension and connecting with your highest self. Each session will include movement and breath work, guided meditation and Reiki healing. Essential oils, crystals, sound healing, mantras and/or mudras will be incorporated to enhance your experience. Pre-registration is required for these sessions. $40 per session includes free gift.

other to experience relief and relaxation during her pregnancy. Our massage therapists are specially trained to provide safe and comfortable treatment.
