About the event
Join us for an integrative workshop designed to assist you in restoring vitality, relieving tension and connecting with your highest self. Each session will include movement and breath work, guided meditation and Reiki healing. Essential oils, crystals, sound healing, mantras and/or mudras will be incorporated to enhance your experience.
Participants will receive a free gift to continue the healing process after they leave.
